What data and motivations does QEG.NET collect about you

QEG.NET attaches great importance to the protection of your privacy and strives to avoid unnecessary data collection. In order to ensure the availability of our services to you, we collect:

Account Information : When registering an account, you may need identification information such as mobile phone number or radio call sign depending on the business. We collect mobile phone numbers to comply with real-name authentication obligations in mainland China, and call sign information is used to facilitate your use of the services on this site; and you decide whether to provide and actively provide it.

Contact information : including your name, mobile phone number, and contact address. We collect this information for forwarding mail services. As you know, it is essential to provide the recipient information to the logistics carrier when sending mail to you.

Other information : such as detailed communications between you and QEG.NET, including interactions with customer support personnel, and related content of contact through social media channels.

You can choose not to provide the personal data we request you to provide. However, if you choose not to provide it, in many cases, we will not be able to provide you with our products or services, or respond to requests you may make.

Our own system does not use Cookie technology for user tracking. No external services have been introduced that use Cookie technology.

QEG.NET's use and sharing of personal data

QEG.NET uses your personal data for reasonable purposes only, subject to compliance with the law. We may also process your personal data when we believe it is in our or others' legitimate interests and taking into account your interests, rights and expectations. QEG.NET's protection of personal data

Regardless of the degree of functional perfection of our system, we accept requests to delete personal information. If we delete your personal information, some of your personal information will be permanently unrecoverable and some personal information will be de-identified. You can apply through the contact information in the Contact Us column, or use the system's built-in customer service module to make a request. We generally respond to substantive requests within 7 working days.
