How much does it cost to use a dedicated address?

There is no charge for using a dedicated address.

No fees will be incurred if you publish your dedicated address but receive no mail, or if mail has been warehoused but you have not yet retrieved it.

Why didn't I receive the original envelope even though I enabled the envelope retention option?

This is usually caused by the following reasons:

• Combined mailing from the sender: The sender used a single envelope to send cards to multiple recipients, in which case the envelope will not be retained.
• Courier delivery from the sender: The sender used a courier service without enclosing the items in an envelope.
• Severe envelope damage upon arrival: If the envelope is severely damaged when received by QEG.NET and fails to meet warehousing requirements, it will be removed and destroyed. This situation occasionally occurs during rainy seasons or typhoon downpours in the sender's or recipient's location.
