SEND
With the mailing function, you can ask QEG.NET to dispatch your mail in batches, saving you from tedious tasks such as manually writing addresses, packaging, and applying stamps for each piece, as well as trips to the post office. You can also combine this with other products and services of QEG.NET, allowing both senders and recipients to focus on the joy of sending and receiving and enjoy an improved experience.
If you are a HAM radio operator, QEG.NET can act as your QSL card manager, handling the entire process from card printing to delivery.
If you are a postcard enthusiast on platforms such as Postcrossing, the software and hardware capabilities of QEG.NET can make postcard exchanges more efficient. For example, dot-matrix printing can be used to imprint postcard IDs for easier reading and registration by recipients.
General Usage
Note
If the recipient is a QEG.NET member and you wish the recipient to collect and pay for the item themselves upon arrival, do not use this service to register the mail. When using this service, all fees are borne by the sender and the mail is dispatched immediately; it will not be held for the recipient to collect later.
Please register each piece of mail individually. However, you may pack multiple items together when sending them to QEG.NET.
For international mail, QEG.NET only offers airmail options and does not support surface mail. All deliveries are handled by China Post.
Step 1: Fill in the Registration Form
On the mailing page, register your delivery information using the reference below.
| Field | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Sender | Sender code, select one from your receiving codes in forwarding settings | BH4GDU |
| Recipient | Recipient name or code; entering a code will match the QEG.NET member database | BH4GFK |
| Delivery Method | Choose how the item will be sent | Registered Mail |
| Recipient Name, Phone, Address | Full recipient details | Mr. Zhang, P.O. Box 399-5, Shanghai, 021-58223996, Zip: 201399 |
| Remarks | Special requests or notes for QEG.NET | Please return the original envelope. |
Step 2: Link QSO Logs (Optional)
Based on recipient information, the system will display any matching QSO records for you to link.
Linking mail to QSO logs creates a connection for future reference and extended functions.
The QSO Record Sticker add-on service requires linking a log entry here.
Step 3: Select Add-on Services (Optional)
If you require additional services, simply select them on the interface.
Detailed descriptions of each add-on are available on the service selection page.
Step 4: Pack and Send Items to QEG.NET
On the mailing page, the system will provide a dedicated receiving address. Please send your items strictly to the address shown.
Once QEG.NET receives your mail, it will confirm your pre-registered record in Pending Confirmation status. The status will first change to Confirming, then weight and other details will be recorded, an invoice generated, and payment will be requested.
After payment is settled, outgoing mail will be individually processed, packaged, and dispatched. You may view scanned images of dispatched envelopes via the system. For registered mail or express services, a tracking number will be provided.
Caution
Please send items strictly to the address provided. Note that letters and parcels/express shipments must be sent to different addresses.
Featured Services
QSO Log Sticker
Prints QSO log details onto adhesive stickers to be applied to your cards.
QSO log stickers are professionally designed and formatted to meet international standards. This sticker format greatly expands your choice of card materials, including those unsuitable for direct printing or handwriting.
For bulk card sending, this service eliminates handwriting and reduces errors.
QEG.NET uses industrial-grade pigment ink and specialty paper, which is fade-resistant, heat-resistant, long-lasting, and supports color printing — superior to thermal or carbon printing.
If your card includes a designated placement area, the sticker will be applied precisely there.
Acknowledgment Sticker
A sticker is included with your mail, printed with a unique QR code linked directly to the item. The companion scanning tool is designed to be simple, fast, and user-friendly.
Voluntarily, the recipient can scan to confirm receipt in seconds with no complicated forms.
The tool is part of the homepage system, meaning after confirmation, the recipient can browse your homepage, postcards, and related activity data.
Return Address Sticker
When replying, the recipient can simply stick your pre-printed address label on the envelope, avoiding manual writing. This reduces errors and ensures clear, legible addressing, improving delivery accuracy — especially for international replies, where stickers greatly lower the risk of loss or misdelivery.
Including return address stickers is widely regarded as a thoughtful and courteous practice.
Stickers are available in both Chinese and English versions. English is automatically used for recipients outside mainland China.
Size and printing specifications can be viewed on the relevant function and service pages.
Stamped Self-Addressed Envelope (SAE / SASE)
A long-standing tradition in postcard and hobby communities is to include a pre-addressed, stamped envelope for the recipient to reply easily. Known as SAE (Self-Addressed Envelope) in the UK and SASE (Stamped Self-Addressed Envelope) in the US.
When using the mailing service, you may include one SAE/SASE of a selected denomination for the recipient.
Pricing
Service fees are charged based on the face value of stamps applied to each item. The fee includes shipping, packaging, materials, registration, and all related costs.
Required stamp values follow the carrier’s official tariff — for China, this means China Post’s rates, available on their official website.
